I had the pleasure of meeting Alex while attending a puppy training class at one of the local Pet Stores. It was evident at the very beginning that she had a love for dogs and had a special way of getting owners to communicate with them. As a first time dog owner of a very rambunctious German Shepherd Mix, we needed all the help we could get!
Moose and I were happy when Alex offered classes through Halo Pet Academy as we needed a little bit more work. It was an automatic switch, she was able to provide us with tools and tips that were specifically geared towards Moose's needs. We couldn't be happier with her. She even brought her own pups who were also training to use as an example. Thanks Alex!
